Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
By entering the Honest Wolf x Nooan prize draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility: This prize draw is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Honest Wolf and Nooan, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
2. How to Enter: To enter, simply submit your email address via the official entry method above. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
3. Agreement to Marketing: By entering this prize draw, you explicitly agree to receive marketing communications from both Honest Wolf and Nooan via email. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails.
4. Prize: The prize consists of [one Honest Wolf Casual Shopper and Nooan $200 voucher, a total value of NZ$499. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Honest Wolf and Nooan reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on or before 31st August 2025. The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw date using the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 5 business days, Honest Wolf and Nooan reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the original winner and select a new winner.
6. Publicity: By entering this prize draw, you agree that if you are the winner, Honest Wolf and Nooan may use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
7. Data Protection: Any personal data you provide will be used solely for the purpose of administering this prize draw and for the marketing communications you have opted into. Your data will be handled in accordance with the privacy policies of Honest Wolf and Nooan.
8. General Conditions: Honest Wolf and Nooan reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of their control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Honest Wolf and Nooan.
