Part-Time Embroidery & Store Assistant
We're looking for a new member of the Wolf Pack.
With our new flagship store opening soon in Hunterville, we're on the hunt for another legend to join the crew - someone friendly, reliable, and hands-on.
This is a part-time role, Monday-Friday (approximately 9am-1pm, with some flexibility), focused primarily on embroidery, embossing, and dispatching orders, while also helping out with the day-to-day running of the store.
Official start date is flexible, with 1 August 2026 being the latest commencement date.
What you'll be doing
No two days are exactly the same around here, but your role will include:
- Packing and dispatching online orders
- Embroidering and embossing products
- Managing returns and repairs
- Responding to customer emails and enquiries
- Helping customers in-store
- Making the occasional coffee
- General support across the business wherever needed
In short, you'll help make sure every Honest Wolf leaving Hunterville is something we're proud to put our name on.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Is organised and has a good eye for detail
- Enjoys working with people
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Is happy working independently and as part of a team
- Is keen to learn new skills
Embroidery, textile, sewing, or retail experience is a bonus, but absolutely not essential. We'd much rather find the right person and teach them the rest.
